Moms-to-be at any stage of pregnancy will be guided through a sequence of movements geared to build strength, stretch, and release tension patterns that arise during pregnancy. This class will support and build a community of other expecting mothers while held in a field of nourishment, and relaxation.

This is an all-levels vinyasa flow. This style of yoga asana is intended to connect breath to movement, keeping the mind and body in harmony. At times, this flow can be vigorous. Expect to build focus, strength, coordination, and physical body awareness in an encouraging and supportive environment.
