Niwot Real Estate was established in 1986 backed by the experience of partners Patricia Murphy and Jane Harrison both residents of Boulder County. Since then Niwot Real Estate has enjoyed a team of specialists, all of whom are Broker Associates. At the present time we have 4 full time agents, 2 of whom have been working here for over 30 years. In July of 2021 we joined Compass, a national real estate firm, in order to better serve our clients and customers. We are now The Niwot Group.
