NCA Clean-Up Day

Saturday, May 18th  8am-noon

The Niwot Clean Up Day is a community service of the Niwot Community Association (NCA). It affords community members an opportunity to reduce waste and recycle hard to discard items from around the house.

Farow Monthly Cocktail Class

Saturday, May 18th  3:30-4:30pm

Last call for tickets to Farow's Monthly Cocktail class with James Beard award nominee Danny Childs this Saturday May 18th.  Danny is an ethnobotanist applying his knowledge of plants to the beverage world and incorporating preservation techniques into using seasonal produce in cocktails.  Each ticket includes a copy of his book Slow Drinks, samples of beverages, & snacks.

Bring your own lawn chairs!
We will be serving spaghetti again (get some before it runs out!)!
And..salads provided by Slow Food Boulder County with greens from Crooked Roots Farms/dressing by La Musette! Salads included with purchase of spaghetti or panini (donations appreciated!)
