It’s intent is to show community support and caring in light of the loss of Bert who was integrally involved with and dedicated to Niwot. Bert’s kindness and generosity were felt by so many in the community and this project is our way of honoring him and his family.

For moms-to-be at any stage of pregnancy. It will guide students through a sequence of movements geared to build strength, stretch, and release tension patterns that arise during pregnancy. This class will support and build community of other expecting mothers while held in a field of love, nourishment and relaxation.
