Communities
The desirable neighborhood in Erie Village is our most recent community project. Porchfront has completed 30 custom and semi-custom homes in various timeless designs. Currently there are three homes beginning construction. Our future project, Bixler Place at Erie Village is expected to break ground late 2022.
