Sarah Cioni, is the owner and lead designer at  Belle Terre, a  floral design studio known for luscious, blossom-filled weddings and events. Belle Terre is located in Historic, Niwot CO inside the Niwot Market at 7980 Niwot Rd.​

Her professional floral journey began in 2001, where she was the founder of  The Painted Primrose Floral Studio. The PP grew to be one of the most well respected and talented wedding floral companies in Northern Colorado. In 2016, she sold her beloved shop and moved to LA.

Hollywood gifted her the most incredible experience of her lifetime. Sarah was hired to design flowers for red carpet events, movie and tv premiers, celebrity weddings and events, and corporate branded social media influencer parties.

She returned home to Colorado during the pandemic and opened Belle Terre in 2021.
