Hot Flash Happy Hour

Join us for an evening of camaraderie and light bites at the beautiful Blessings Day Spa on January 23rd for our 2nd monthly Hot Flash Happy Hour.

This welcoming and intimate event is intended to promote connection among women who are going through (or have been through or will go through) perimenopause. You will have the opportunity to have your questions about perimenopause answered by Amanda Crisel, doctor of pharmacy (Pharm.D), certified wellness practitioner, and perimenopause practitioner.

What to Expect:

Community & Connection: There will be plenty of time to meet and chat with other attendees. Community and connection with other women who are going through a similar transition tend to be near the top of many perimenopausal women’s wants/needs lists. Research also shows that this connection can help reduce the frequency and intensity of perimenopausal symptoms!

Question & Answer: There will be dedicated time for Amanda to address any questions you have. Bring your question(s) with you to write on a card or submit them ahead of time by emailing amanda@amcwellnesshub.com; either way, they will remain anonymous. *Acknowledging that questions about peri/menopause can be sensitive – there should be no doubt that your question is one other women have as well.*

Information Sharing: Each attendee will receive a copy of Amanda’s “Peace in PeriMenopause Nutrition Guide” which contains evidence-based information about nutrition and gut health during perimenopause. The guide also provides a suggested shopping list and recipes.

Light Bites: The beautiful and talented Emily McNamara will serve her delicious sweet and savory treats which will be perfectly paired with her signature mocktail/cocktail.

The evening is sure to leave you feeling more connected and empowered as you take on the transformative journey of perimenopause.
