Welcome to Pie Dog Pizza! We are a takeout only brick oven pizza concept located in Niwot, operating out of the kitchen at Farow. Our commitment to quality starts with our dough, made with organic and fresh milled flour from Moxie in Boulder. We take the time to let our dough ferment for three days, allowing the flavor to fully develop.

Our skilled pizza chef then hand-stretches the dough thin and tops it with our delicious, super simple tomato sauce made with the freshest ingredients. We use only the finest imported mozzarella and the best toppings available to create pizzas that are bursting with flavor.
