About Niwot Counseling Center
Christine Ruth, M.Div., MS, LMFT
Are you feeling stuck in a difficult circumstance or a relational conflict? Do you find yourself limited by fear, anxiety, lack of motivation or clarity? Are you discerning whether or not to stay in a current relationship? This can be a painful space.
Marriages and families are hard work. If you are in a relationship with a partner, spouse, parent, or child, you know that relationships don't often come easily. We hurt one another. Conflict can erupt almost daily, even in the healthiest, most resilient of families. After 20 years of marriage and 16 years of parenting, I know how hard it can be to forge the deep and meaningful emotional connections that make marriages and family life safe and satisfying.
I have 20 years of professional experience supporting individuals, couples, & families as a social worker, hospice grief counselor, spiritual director, marriage and family therapist, retreat leader, and grief group facilitator. I love working with both adults and adolescents to support deeper communication in relationships and to help transform the pain caused by depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, addiction, career transitions, divorce, relational conflicts, and mental illness.
I provide compassionate, inclusive, support for ALL people and welcome LGBTQ+ couples and families to my practice.
You don't have to do this alone.
