MAC Management Cottonwood, LLC is a small real estate organization owned by mother and son partners Maria Biernat and Alex Chlebek.
Biernat and Chlebek, who emigrated from Poland to Chicago, named MAC after their initials Maria-Alex-Chlebek. Biernat and Chlebek moved to Colorado from Illinois 25 years ago to complete the development of a large townhome complex that had been stalled by bankruptcy. They recently sold that development in Thornton and chose Cottonwood Square as one their next investment ventures.
