DESCRIPTION:\nWe’re excited to kick off the 14th annual Why Not Niwot? Juried Art Exhibition! Starting July 11, over 30 original artworks will be displayed in businesses throughout Niwot’s charming Cottonwood Square and along 2nd Avenue. Each piece offers a unique perspective on Niwot—its people, landscapes, and spirit—created by artists who call this community home or hold it close to their hearts.\n\nYou’re invited to take a stroll through town with family and friends to experience the exhibition. Pick up a Passport at any participating business to start your People’s Choice Voting, and as you explore, you can mark your favorites along the way. Completed passports can be returned to any participating business by August 30 for your vote to count.\n\n\nWinners will be announced during the September First Friday Art Walk, with a closing reception that evening at Niwot Hall. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate local art while supporting the businesses that help keep Niwot vibrant.\n\nParticipating businesses include: The Wheel House, Blessings Day Spa, Few of a Kind, Inkberry Books, Little Bird, The Niwot Inn & Spa, Niwot Jewelry & Gifts, Niwot Market, Osmosis Gallery, Pebble Art Jewelry, Wise Buys Antiques, and more.\nThis exhibition is made possible by the Niwot Cultural Arts Association and the Niwot Local Improvement District, whose support allows art to thrive in our community.\nWe can’t wait to see you around town as you discover the art and stories that shape Niwot.
