DESCRIPTION:I warmly invite you to join me for an intimate and transformative embodied depth psychology workshop. Qoya Inspired Movement and the wisdom of depth psychology dreamwork will guide us in deeply connecting with our bodies and listening to the whispers of our souls. A particular focus of this workshop will be working with a dream in order to listen to the messages of the unconscious.\nIn this workshop, we’ll explore the expressive language of Qoya, a mindful movement practice that blends elements of dance, yoga and sensual movement, with the principles of depth psychology, to sense into the layers of our hearts and bodies that have been quieted through the day-to-day busyness of our lives.\nNo previous dance experience is required; this workshop is open to women in all embodied expressions of this gender.\n
