Surrounded by a canopy of hundred year old trees and a beautiful stone patio, COLTERRA welcomes you with an authentic simple charm that evokes relaxation. In the kitchen we work together with local farmers to harvest and use the freshest local produce, in season and in full flavor. We strive to serve our community as a gathering place that allows us to showcase the best of Colorado’s natural beauty and goodness.  Executive chef Bradford Heap serves up a delectable mix of Southern French and Northern Italian cuisine featuring the best of local ingredients in peak season and in full flavor.

Our commitment to buy locally results in a seasonal menu that is continually evolving and changing. From the beautiful high-plains farms surrounding us, we proudly select and serve only robust produce at the peak of its flavor including produce from our own Colterra garden. Our meat is natural raised-hormone and antibiotic free and locally sourced dairy products are organic. Most menu items can be prepared gluten-free. We invite you to sample a variety of intriguing flavors and combinations, always fresh, simply prepared and locally produced. Colterra has been recognized by The New York Times as one of the best restaurants on the Front Range. Chef Bradford Heap has received the coveted honor of being a guest chef at the James Beard House, and the James Beard Foundation recently nominated him "Best Chef of the Southwest."
